1. Rabdi Ice Cream Malpua Taco

Ingredients:

    • Rabdi ice cream
    • Mini malpuas (soft and spongy)
    • Slivered almonds and pistachios
    • Saffron rabri or condensed milk
    • Edible rose petals
    • Cardamom powder
    • Rose petals

How to make:

Make small pancake-sized malpuas and let them cool slightly. Fold gently into taco shapes and chill to hold the shape. Spoon in a scoop of Rabdi ice cream. Drizzle with saffron rabri or sweetened condensed milk. Add chopped nuts and rose petals on top. Serve immediately for a crispy, creamy, royal bite!

2. Rabdi Ice Cream Baklava Bites

Ingredients:

    • Rabdi ice cream
    • Mini baklava squares (store-bought or homemade)
    • Crushed pistachios
    • Saffron honey drizzle
    • Dried rose petals

How to make:
