1. Mango Ice Cream Falooda

A modern twist on the classic falooda!

Ingredients:

    • Mango ice cream (scoops)
    • Sweet basil seeds (sabja), soaked
    • Cooked falooda sev (vermicelli)
    • Rose syrup or mango syrup
    • Chopped mangoes
    • Chilled milk (optional)
    • Chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds)

How to make:

Layer soaked sabja seeds, vermicelli, mango syrup, and chopped mangoes in a tall glass. Add a scoop (or two!) of mango ice cream on top. Garnish with nuts. Optional: pour a little chilled milk for extra richness. Serve with a spoon and straw!

2. Mango Ice Cream Rasmalai Sundae

Fusion fun with creamy indulgence!

Ingredients:

    • Mango ice cream
    • Rasmalai pieces with rabri (milk syrup)
    • Crushed pistachios
    • Saffron strands (optional)
    • Rose petals (for garnish)

How to make:

In a bowl or dessert cup, place one or two rasmalais. Add a scoop of mango ice cream on top. Drizzle with rabri, sprinkle pistachios, and top with saffron and rose petals. It’s rich, festive, and has that wow factor for parties.
