Ingredients:
- Mango ice cream (scoops)
- Sweet basil seeds (sabja), soaked
- Cooked falooda sev (vermicelli)
- Rose syrup or mango syrup
- Chopped mangoes
- Chilled milk (optional)
- Chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds)
How to make:
Layer soaked sabja seeds, vermicelli, mango syrup, and chopped mangoes in a tall glass. Add a scoop (or two!) of mango ice cream on top. Garnish with nuts. Optional: pour a little chilled milk for extra richness. Serve with a spoon and straw!
