Ingredients:
- Rasmalai ice cream
- Mini waffle cones or cannoli shells
- Rabri (or thickened sweetened milk)
- Crushed pistachios
- Edible silver leaf (optional)
- Cardamom powder
- Rose petals
How to make:
Lightly toast your mini cones or cannoli shells for a golden crunch. Fill halfway with a spoonful of rabri and a sprinkle of cardamom. Add a generous scoop of Rasmalai ice cream. Garnish with crushed pistachios, rose petals, and a touch of silver leaf for that luxe finish. Serve immediately for the perfect crunch-to-cream ratio!
2. Rasmalai Ice Cream Trifle Jars

Ingredients:
- Rasmalai ice cream
- Chopped rasgullas or rasmalai pieces
- Sponge cake or crumbled vanilla cookies
- Saffron milk or rose syrup
- Whipped cream
- Almond slivers & dried rose petals
How to make:
In a small dessert jar or glass, start with a layer of cake crumbs soaked in saffron milk or rose syrup. Add chopped rasmalai, followed by a layer of whipped cream. Then, scoop in a layer of Rasmalai ice cream. Repeat the layers and finish with a swirl of whipped cream, almond slivers, and rose petals.
